Dr. Robertson and the staff are excellent, always. I have honestly never had a disappointing visit with them. Always feel like they care. Always there if I have questions. Just felt I needed to say that. The only thing I would suggest, and it's not to do with them or the staff, is sometimes it's difficult to get an appointment, but if you're prescheduled and everything's great, it's very smooth. But sometimes it can be extremely difficult to get an appointment quickly.

Dr. Robertson's intern was also very nice and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Robertson is the most knowledgeable and helpful doctor that I've ever met. He listens to your concerns and helps you understand what you need to know about your health. He's patient and professional. I have never encountered a warmer welcome than I have experienced with Cooper's Cherry Hill Family Medicine Staff.

The Cooper Family Medical Staff and Dr. Robertson at the Cherry Hill office on 1050 Kings Highway, are always courteous and a professional group. The atmosphere is always pleasant there. And the Labcorp / Bloodwork availability at the 1050 Kings Highway office is very convenient. As well as the conscience personnel, that draws blood, very pleasant and professionally done .

Everyone is always very professional and courteous. I was able to be seen by the doctor, get a vaccine, and get blood work all in the same location and the one time. The entire experience was sensitive of my time and schedule.

It was my first time meeting with Dr. John Robertson and he covered everything I wish other covered. How to contact the office, after hours support, and discussed the other medical staff that are the to support me if I needed it. Well done. And, he answered all my questions and they have a lab on site so I didn't need to go to an outside lab for my blood tests. Very convenient.

Since moving back to New Jersey I've only see one primary physician, and that's Dr Robertson. He's simply the best I've had in my adult life and I recommend whenever anyone is looking for a primary. I sent my Mom to him after her near death a couple years back. She was always paranoid about doctors and hospitals to the point she neglected her health to the point of nearly dying. Even she approves of his care and how he treats her. I pray he continues to practice for many years to come.

Excellent service and care of my medical needs. Dr. Robertson has always been an exemplary professional physician who I have grown to call him friend. He cares about his patients. From the beginning of his pat practice at Cooper until now it has been more than a pleasure to have him as my PCP and only the distance of his Cherry Hill office is our only flaw. Smile. My husband and I reside in downtown Camden, but we have followed Dr Robinson no matter where his practice was located.

As always , The Cooper Staff, Doctor Robertson and Nursing Staff, at the Cherry Hill office on Kings highway are both very courteous and professional as well.

Dr. Robertson is a wonderful caring provider . He listens , he's patient , he's a true asset to Cooper . The only thing wrong is everyone else knows this too and he's so popular sometimes it's hard to get in to see him . But he actually makes sure you do get time with him . My original appointment was scheduled in July and was put on the waitlist and was able to get a sooner appointment so it worked out

I was treated by the doctor, as well as Jessica, as if I were family

The doctor had recommended me to get some physical therapy and they were patient enough to wait until I got home to call them back with the facility that I have used in the past. I never heard anything in a reasonable time so I called again and the folks were so very well spoken about what was going on and were excellent in getting a hold of the company and sent another referral from the doctor and were kind enough to call me back to let me know they had done that. So I appreciate that very much. That was the staff that was working today on the 14th in the office.

I travel to Cherry Hill to see Dr. Robertson and his staff. He has always been worth the trip and when I can't make it we do tele-visits. He has be our PCP about 15 to 20 years. My age is the only thing that would stop me from traveling to his office. I can walk to 3 Cooper where I first meet him.
